The dispersion of thermoelastic wave in an infinite annular elastic cylinder is studied using the exact coupled three dimensional equations for the vibrations in the n=0, 1 circumferential modes. Three dimensional dispersion curves are presented for a range of parameters. The corresponding axial mode shapes are plotted so that the types of wave vibration can be identified.
