By downloading this digital image data to a computer workstation, users can perform numeric analysis with greater speed and accuracy. Image data can also be shared with other computer-based applications and/or distributed to other users without degradation in image quality. This paper focuses on the practical use of motion analysis workstation software specifically designed to support the archiving, display, enhancement, and analysis of digital, high-speed images.
