摘要

The recent progress of technical innovation and the diversification of customers' needs result in production of a wide variety of products under the short product life cycles. To cope with this circumstance, it is important to integrate both objectives of production and sales in a planning model, so as to obtain an optimal plan for the manufacturing and the marketing department. The purpose of this paper is to construct a production-marketing integrated dynamic planning model with multiple managerial objectives, which include profit, sales, and price. First, at the end of each month an optimal plan is made for the next month. Then, the planning is further made for the following two months. This planning procedure is theoretically analyzed and the solution algorithms are developed by determining the priorities for the multiple objectives employed under the satisfying criterion.
