摘要

An existing inventory planning system has been developed mainly so as to minimize the total cost. However at present, we are requested to minimize not only the total cost but also the amount of a stock, and even to be able to treat more various stock items as the spread of multikind small-quantity production. This paper presents a method to solve this inventory planning problem as a multiobjective programming problem, and also presents a software which implemented the method. The study of this paper is based on a paper which title is, "An Inventory Planning Problem of Fixed Quantity Ordering System As Multiobjective Programming Problem" (in Japanese) by Prof. Nishikawa of Kyoto University (Ref.[3]). In this study, we applied the proposed method in the paper to the special product, piano from Y-company. And we also make sure that the method is very effective for the inventory planning problem of fixed quantity ordering system.
