FC-II Automatic Parameter Control System in Coal Flotation Process

摘要

The description is made in the paper of a novel automatic parameter control system in coal flotation process with the aim of improving product quality and recovery. The system comprises: Microprocessor-based regulation system for automatically and circularly adding reagent in proportion, into flotation cells at multipoints and automatically regulating thickness of coal pulp fed to the flotation cells, its reagent measurement device which is included in a reagent feeding bus duct and fitted with a punched throttle plate, a capacity differential pressure meter and an energy accumutating & smoothing tank. Signal is processed by the microprocessor before it is desplayed and comes into system control system data are displayed on display screen and printed out timely for making a data list.
