An On-Line Concentrate Grade Auto-Monitoring System

The on-line concentrate grade auto-monitoring system continuously and automatically monitors the content of elements included in the concentrate on the belt conveyer at the worksite. The system uses the technique of radioisotope source X-ray fluorescence analysis. It overcomes the disadvantage of chemical analysis which can only give the results afterward. The system can instantly direct the production and improve the quality of it. Compared with the results of chemical analysis, the absolute error of our system is less than 0.3percent.
