Dissociation of water vapors in supersonic flow of non-equilibrium plasma

This paper presents stationary process of water vapors dissociation in supersonic flow of nonequilibrium plasma. It has been shown that the supersonic plasmochemical reactor permits to stabilize hydrogen peroxide in reaction products. In this case the conversion reaches 15% at 45% energy efficiency.
