摘要

The analysis of a diesel locomotive induction motor electric drive operation in a limited voltage and current region is made. A method of an induction motor rotor flux linkage forming when operating in a voltage and current limiting regions is proposed. Described method allows controlling an induction motor electric drive more efficiently by using refined equation for the flux-forming component of the stator current. A comparative analysis of the traction induction motor electric drive modeling with different methods of the rotor flux linkage forming is given.
