Problem-Solving Process in Manufacturing of Electrical and Electronic Components for the Automotive Industry: Implementation and Evaluation Concerns

This article highlights main barriers that prevent companies from successful problem solving process implementation, its effective application and assessment. Problem solving process is implied in ISO 9001:2015 via continuous improvement point and requires special attention to ensure companies producing electrical and electronic components for the automotive industry, especially with high-technological products, are enhanced with sustainable results in operational efficiency.
