摘要

A systematic investigation of anticholinesterase and insectoacaricide activity of these compounds was accomplished. Monothiophosphorus thioesters were used to show that these compounds (particularly thioesters containing an acetylene bond in the -position) have a considerably higher anticholinesterase activity in respect to cholinesterases of warm-blooded animals and arthropoda than corresponding saturated analogues. This phenomenon called by us the "acetylene effect" does not depend on the phosphorylating ability of the thioesters.
