Critical properties of flexible circuit substrates

A wide variety of substrate materials are available to meet the multifunctional needs of flexible circuitry. Certain material parameters considered critical in the processing of flexible circuitry are reviewed. These parameters are not always considered in the specification of materials but are of significant value in the production process.
