The article presents an analysis of mass spectrometric measurements of the ion composition of the upper atmosphere at altitudes of 810-830 km. Measurements RIMS instruments are installed on the Meteor-M spacecraft No. 1 and No. 2, which were launched in 2009 and 2014. The measurements were carried out by the contact method from January 1, 2016 to January 1, 2017. In this case, a seasonal variation in the concentration of 0+ ions was observed, which was associated with the position of the Sun. In the regions of magnetic anomalies, an increasing in the concentration of 0+ ions was observed for the South Pole and a decreasing for the North Pole. An increasing in the concentration of 0+ ions is also observed in the region of the Brazilian magnetic anomaly. A slight increasing in the concentration of 0+ ions was observed from the shadow side of the Earth at latitude of 45° North America, which can be attributed to the North American magnetic anomaly in the area of the Yellowstone Reserve.
