摘要

The automation and remote control ability of intelligent substation is improved significantly by the characteristics of network-based information transmission mode and device application configuration file. However, the feature of high coupling between the equipment of the secondary system also makes the risk of overhaul and reconstruction increase greatly so that the reform of just one intelligent secondary equipment may affect the public equipment such as voltage and busbar protection, worse still, a series of security problems such as large scale blackouts will occur. This paper establishes an optimal isolation evaluation strategy system for secondary interval overhaul and reconstruction, proposes the fast, easy and safe isolation operation method and founds an integrated communication simulation and analysis platform system for target interval isolation strategy in the intelligent station. Consequently, we will provide strong technical support for safe and stable operation of the power grid.
