Mine DC stabilized power supply is the basic component to realize AC/DC conversion or voltage grade conversion. Its safety index, performance parameters and product quality have an important impact on the safety, stability and reliability of the whole system. However, in the past, separate equipment was used for single-item testing of mine power supply. The testing process was discontinuous, the dynamic and instantaneous characteristics were difficult to grasp, the testing time was long, the efficiency was low, and it was difficult to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the testing results due to factors such as the level of testers. Therefore, in order to realize the automatic inspection and testing of mine power supply and improve the detection efficiency and accuracy, the detection system of mine DC stabilized power supply is developed. The hardware design of the system adopts unified packaging and electrical transformation. The system software adopts virtual instrument technology for modular and hierarchical design to improve the system development efficiency and the portability and maintainability of the software. The test results show that the system realizes automatic detection of mine power supply, the detection data is reliable, the conclusion is correct, and the detection efficiency is improved.
