基于虚拟仪器的矿井提升机监控系统设计

摘要

根据矿井提升机的运行情况,设计了1种实时检测和显示提升速度、趟数、载重量并具事故报警功能的监控系统.介绍了系统组成及工作原理,给出了系统框图和PC-PLC数据通讯程序设计.%Based on the operation condition of the mine hoist, the paper designs the monitoring system which can detect and display the real-time hoisting speed, times and load capacity and has alarming function. In addition, it introduces the composition and working principle of the system, and presents system diagram and the PC-PLC data communication program design.
