Hemodialysis is the most frequently used therapy for people with chronic kidney failure. However, there are several obstacles in hemodialysis therapy, first the formation of blood clots when the blood is pumped out of the body, then the speed of pumping blood is not stable causing the patient to experience in shock. This research focuses on design peristaltic pump and syringe pump using a motor stepper, by calibrating the amount step motor stepper to keep blood flow out stable at 200 ml/min and control the heparin injection so that blood clots do not form. The designed peristaltic pump can produce flow rate close to 200 ml/min and have levels with a precision of 98.4899% and an accuracy rate of 98.6155%. Syringe pump which is designed to inject heparin can work well. The resulting the precision level is 99.8797% and accuracy rate is 99.3861%.
