In this session, I'll talk about five pragmatic practices that can improve both results and work satisfaction. We'll look at ways to keep people in the loop, deliver results faster, and increase value to the organization. Great management isn't easy; it's not rocket science either. Apply these five practices consistently to improve value to the organization (and keep your sanity, too).
