Sensorless control strategy of five-phase (PMSM): Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor is suggested in this work. A developed model of the Unknown Input Observer (UIO) for Linear Parameter Varying (LPV) system is proposed. This model is investigated for the state and disturbance estimation in terms to improve the dynamic performance of the drive and for more robustness and efficiency. Existence, stability and convergence conditions of the unknown input observer are given in a set of (LMI),: Linear Matrix Inequality and the demonstration are done through Schur complement, and Lyapunov analysis.
