Project success does not always depend on correctly used management methods and approaches. One of the main drivers of success is stakeholders. In order for stakeholders to contribute to the success of the project, it is necessary that their impact on the project, ideally, be positive, possibly neutral, and should not be negative in any way. Influence is based on the understanding and acceptance of the project mission, which is based on the understanding and acceptance of project values. It is the coincidence or convergence of project values and stakeholders that is one of the conditions for the implementation of the project. Such a coincidence of values appears in the blended mental space of the project, formed by the project manager for the project success. The formation of a space of general (or accepted) values is possible only if the values of the project and stakeholders can be compared. And for this, it is necessary to have a profile of the project’s values and compare it with the stakeholders’ values. One of the methodologies that are based on the values approach is P2M methodology, which was created in the Japan Project Management Association. In the frame of the methodology, the approach for project values profiling is presented. Using the approach the energy audit projects’ values were evaluated. The article is been presented the result of values profiling of energy audit projects implemented in Ukraine.
