Conceptual Model of Management of Technologically Integrated Industry Development Projects

The existing industry development project management tools have several drawbacks. This leads to the development of models and methods for managing integrated projects in various fields of application. The systematic analysis of individual industries and their systematic properties are the basis for the initiation of integrated projects for their development and evaluation of value indicators. It is substantiated that an important condition for the implementation of integrated projects is the development of a conceptual model for managing these projects. The proposed conceptual model of management of technologically integrated industry development projects is based on a system-value approach and imitation modeling. This model of managing integrated industry development projects is based on a systematic approach. Using a systematic approach made it possible to formulate a number of direct and inverse managerial tasks, the solution of which requires the execution of project modeling. This simulation will allow us to uncover cause and effect relationships between many integrated projects and their products. It is established that the conceptual model of management of technologically integrated industry development projects involves the systematic consideration of many interconnected raw material production projects, logistics projects and projects of creating finished products for consumers, in each of which value is formed. Further research requires the development of simulation models of these projects to quantify value based on their modeling.
