Motivations related to the quality management system and benefits of its implementation in the company: state of the art

摘要

This paper represents a state-of-the-art study related to reasons that drive companies to adopt a quality approach according to the ISO 9001 standard. It also presents a literature review of the various research works on the link between the type of motivation for the ISO 9001 certification and thus helps to clarify to what extent this certification has a positive impact on of companies' performance.
