In this paper, a dual right-handed circularly-polarized holographic metasurface antenna is proposed and validated. Independent control of each beam is realized, by using double feeds on an anisotropic impedance metasurface. To verify this scheme, a holographic antenna operating at Ku-band is designed. Simulation results show that the impedance bandwidth is from 13 GHz to 17 GHz for $ert S_{11}ert < -13 mathrm{dB}$ and $ert S_{21}ert < -17 mathrm{dB}$, and the maximum antenna gain is about 19.8 dBi with aperture efficiency of 16.2%.
