Aiming at the characteristics that the airborne antenna will be subjected to severe ozone environment during use, the author proposes a method for establishing an accelerated degradation model of the outer coating of the radome in an ozone environment, and gives a corresponding life assessment method. Firstly, the author summarizes the ozone environment, ozone concentration extreme value and ozone change law at the cruising altitude of the military aircraft, secondly summarizes the aging effect and mechanism of the external coating of the radome under the ozone environment, thirdly, built an accelerated degradation model based on chemical kinetics, at the same time use the data to calculate the parameters, and verify the validity of the model. finally, give a material life assessment method in ozone environment.
