Aiming at the problem that the assessment of the wear state of armored vehicle gearboxes is prone to misreporting and omissions, a wear state discrimination method based on oil analysis is proposed. Spectral analysis is used to periodically monitor the concentration of metal elements in the gearbox wear of armored vehicles. Use the grey prediction model to predict the short-term trend of metal element concentration. It is convenient for analysis to divide the degree of wear into three grades and establish a membership model of three. The membership degree is discriminated by the equipment concentration and trend to obtain the membership matrix, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is obtained. Choose different weights for information fusion to get the final wear level discriminant matrix. In the level discriminant matrix, the most important level is the wear state of the gearbox of the armored vehicle. This method improves the limitation of using the concentration limit value and gradient limit value to judge the wear state of the transmission box in the past. Applied to the gearbox of armored vehicles during the test wear period, the accuracy of the proposed method is verified, which provides a new way to judge the wear state of heavy machinery.
