In this paper, we study the health management of general processing system in avionics system. Based on our health assessment laboratory prototype platform, the degradation state and fault of the system are simulated by fault injection. We collected the sensitive state parameters of the system, and carried out health assessment of avionics processing system based on distance measurement. In the fault injection experiment, we simulate three typical progressive faults and verify the predictive fidelity of health assessment results based on distance measurement. The research results of this paper have certain engineering application value for avionics system condition based health management and maintenance support ability improvement.
