Management of Specified Threats and Environmental Risk Events Using Information- and Communication Support Tools

摘要

The paper objectives cover the aspects of ICT services for Global Monitoring of selected environmental risks, namely research and development of advanced communication and information technologies for the threatening matters transportation under tunnels-, bridges-, floods-, earthquakes threats and environmental risk conditions, and to develop reliable information and communication tools and models to facilitate the efficient integration of diverse emergency and management services in the field of transport of life threatening substances.
