The objective of this work was to extend knowledge on combustion responses of aluminized propellant at low frequenies. Two approaches were combined, one was the "pulsedecay method," the other was the "veriable area method." The end-vented sonic nozzle was also set. The pressure-coupled response measurements using the T-burner with constant pressure tank had a lower frequency limit, which was about 300 Hz, but the Pulse/Variable-area end-vented burner extended knowledge on combustion responses of aluminized propellants to lower frequency, about 80 hz.
