Experimental results for two-dimensional confined jet thrust vector control (CJTVC) nozzles are presented. CJTVC nozzles use secondary injection to vector an overexpanded primary jet within a confined region. Effects of exit area, expansion ratio (exit/throat height), secondary injection location, primary pressure and secondary injection pressure on nozzle performance are discussed. Nozzle performance is presented in terms of thrust vector angle, axial thrust and side force.
