摘要

This paper presents our Design for Testability reuse approachimplemented in the allocation for testability system IDAT. In thecontext of High-Level Synthesis for Testability, the allocation fortestability process mainly consists in searching for the bestcost/quality trade-off between the designer requirements and testabilitymeans which can be proposed by the system, considering the availablecomponents in the library and the possibility of generating additionaltestability structures. The cost/quality trade-off is also based on theresult of the testability analysis process
