The dynamical behavior of fluids affected by the asymmetric combined gravity gradient and jitter accelerations, in particular the capillary effect governed surface tension on partially-filled rotating fluids with an example applicable to a full-scale Gravity Probe-B Spacecraft dewar tank have been investigated. Three different cases of accelerations, one with gravity gradient-dominated, one with equally weighted between gravity gradient and jitter, and the others with gravity jitter-dominated accelerations are studied.
