摘要

In this paper, a new type of electrical actuator, an electromagnetic force driving actuator (EMFA), has a high performance, durability, and accuracy of its operation for high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker (HVCB) is presented. Transient analysis is performed to obtain the dynamic characteristics of the EMFA connected three-link type of free body frame. The distribution of static magnetic flux is obtained by using the finite element method (FEM). The coupled problems of electrics and mechanics, what equilibrium of a rigid body, are solved by using the time difference method (TDM). Fabrication and experiments were performed to prove its applicability for HVCB. In comparing optimized simulation with experiment data, it is confirmed that EMFA is appropriate actuator for HVCB.
