In this paper a new neural analogue-to-digital converter (ADC)design is presented, which is based on the idea of replacing allfunctional components needed in the ADC block scheme by a simpleconnection of neurons. Transformation of the ADC functional scheme intoa full analogue neural structure and its computer simulation, is one ofthe main themes of this paper.
