The background is one aero-engine's structure. The shape of turbine tip clearance is researched, by the means of numerical analysis. Parametric modeling, process integration, and optimization of tip clearance shape were proposed. The detailed information of flow field shows that the numerical results agree well with experiment data. The isentropic efficiency has been improved 0.395 percent.
