Iterative Outlier Removal Method Using In-Cluster Variance Changes in Multi-Microphone Array Sound Source Localization

摘要

In this paper an outlier detection algorithm for soundsource localization has been proposed. We have describedthe main idea of the algorithm, shown the results of anexperiment and compared them with another vastly usedoutlier method, RANSAC. We have proven that the proposedmethod performs better than the other method andthat it is easier to apply it in sound source localization andoutlier extraction problems using microphone arrays.
