摘要

In recent years, with the increase of wind turbines on the coast of the Sea of Japan, damages caused by winter lightning are often reported. The authors have carried out measurement of the current waveform at Nikaho wind farms on winter in 2013 to 2015. In this paper we discuss the relation between the charge transfer of lightning initiated by upward propagating leaders and atmospheric conditions.
