Efforts are recently being made for the prevention of global warming in Korea and other countries. Cement which is the primary material used in the construction industry produces a large amount of CO_2 in firing process. Thus, studies using industrial by-products to reduce CO_2 are globally being underway. In addition, ultra rapid hardening mortar is used as cement to repair and strengthen it, but it has the problem since cement is used as the primary material.
