There is a demand for techniques to rapidly detect the proteins with high sensitivity. The conventional methodrequires long time due to complicated pretreatment. In this study, employing the light-induced force, we accelerate theselective binding of the probe-modified beads and target proteins avoiding photothermal effect, and investigate apossibility to detect proteins quantitatively. After a few minutes laser irradiation, the projection area of the assembledbeads depended on the target concentrations under the appropriate flow rate. The obtained results will lead to highsensitivity, simple, and rapid protein detection method.
