We make clear the management system of condominiums inBKK. Our results are as follows.1. Condominiums in BKK select to hire the propertymanagement company to manage the building.2. There are at least 4 people of management team who workfull-time everyday at the condominium.3. Condominium problems come from residents who don’tunderstand how to live together in the same building andmanagement team whom not enough knowledge andexperience.
