摘要

We make clear the outline of condominiums in BKK. Ourrnresults are as follows.rn1) From the statistic of condominiums, there are rapidrnincreases of condominiums in fifteen years. Therntransportation development is the main factor of increasing.rn2) The specific laws and regulations of condominium, therernare used to manage and operate the condominiums andrnconstruction permission.rn3) The characteristics of condominiums have three room’rntypes, studio, one bedroom and two bedrooms. The generalrnfacilities are swimming pool, fitness and garden. Thernlocations of common space depend on site, design and laws.
