Comprehensive Evaluation of Road Transportation Integration of Urban Circle

Road transportation is the most important means of urban circle transportation, which is significant for economic development of an urban circle. Firstly, we bring forward the concepts of road transportation integration of urban circle (RTIUC), and conclude the key elements of RTIUC, from six aspects. Then, analyze the principles for choosing indicators to evaluate RTIUC, and develop a framework of evaluation indicators system. In this section, we divide the framework into four levels, and select the most appropriate indicators for each level. Furthermore, based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE), we lodge a methodology to comprehensively evaluate RTIUC. Finally, we demonstrate the methodology by taking Wuhan urban circle as an example.
