Analysis on the Present Situation in the Investment and Financing of Environment Infrastructure

The policy about investment and financing of urban environment infrastructural facilities construction is made or controlled directly by the government in China. It led to a lot of problem in the urban environment infrastructure construction. This paper mainly Analyzes on the present situation and problems in the investment and financing of urban environment infrastructure. And it submits relevance suggestions solving the problems which giving full the positive role of Government in the developing aspect of urban environment infrastructural facilities and establishes the investment and financing mechanism of urban environmental infrastructure.
