There is a fast development of real estate industry in China in recent years, but the real estate financing methods are rare and narrow, most of ways are dependent on the loaning and presale payment. Such situation not only increased the risk for the bank, but limited the development of real estate. Under such circumstances, there is an urgent need to introduce new investment and financing inconsistent. Firstly, the article examines the necessity and feasibility of the development of China's real investment trusteeship, then according to the reality, put forward several ideas and proposals about the development of China's real investment trusteeship.
