The Research of Evaluating Suppliers Model in Supply Chain

In the face of economic globalization, more and more users need personalized environment. According to supply chain management theory and method, based on the strategic cooperation relationship, how to cultivate the supplier has been important to the enterprises for promoting their own core ability, to win the competition. It has been an important research topic to the academic. This paper defines the supplier evaluation index system, and describe some of the quantitative indicators. the paper introduces the supplier evaluation procedures and some methods of evaluation. It adapts a real estate company for example to verify the reliability of the fuzzy comprehensive assessment model.
