CDM based Controller design for Stabilizing the Altitude and Heading of an Aircraft

摘要

In this study, the controller which is able to achieve a simultaneous control of both altitude and heading of the aircraft is proposed. The purpose is to obtain a straightforward and efficient controller to satisfy the system performance requirement. The servo state feedback controller, designed by using Coefficient Diagram Method or CDM, is chosen to be the controller in this study. The simulation results show that the proposed controller yields the system performance with acceptable efficiency and also exhibit a disturbance rejection behavior with its inherent simplicity in design.
