Bandwidth-interleaving analog to digital converter (BI-ADC) is an attractive structure for wideband high-speed data acquisition system. The original BI-ADC correction method failed to balance the difficulty of design and implementation. Moreover, their correction effect is not good enough in a wideband high-speed system. This paper proposes a new BI-ADC correction method, which can balance the difficulty of design and implementation. It provides a convenient way to estimate and control aliasing errors and mirroring errors so that other errors can be accurately corrected. In addition, the method replaces measuring the exact frequency response of every filter to the system frequency response. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
