Design of Bubuchuan Smart Substation

摘要

The new generation smart substations are important part and basis of the smart grid. They can realize basic operating parameters collection and control execution. Being a pilot project of new generation smart substation of State Grid Corporation of China, Bubuchuan substation adopts integrated intelligent equipment and integrated design, supply and debugging to achieve the goal of small footprint, low cost and high reliability. This paper designs the network structure of three-level-in-one-network, isolated circuit breaker, substation-area protection, parallel battery and modular feed out, secondary protection prefabricated cabin and prefabricated optical fiber cable. The establishment of Bubuchuan substation will provide reference for the construction of the new generation intelligent substations and the intelligent reconstruction of the existing traditional substations.
