One of the opportunities for the risk of failure in a software development project is the lack of competent resources. The method of choosing an interdependency-oriented team that is considered to produce a team with better performance, choose the interdependency of team members based on work history by expert judgement. This causes the existing skills in the resource does not meet the project needs. In this research, team members were selected based on interdependency of skills using artificial bee colony method. From the two risk threats that come from the team resources that are formed based on interdependency from the skill side have a lower chance to fail and have a low impact on the costs incurred.
