The principle and application of a new technique for detecting wirerope defects

In order to solve problems in the existing technique of detectingthe defects of wire rope, we developed a fluxgate sensor of single-coreand single-winding. Therefore, a new kind of apparatus for testingdefects of wire rope has been designed. This paper studies the workingprinciple and the practical circuit structure of this apparatus
