On problem of stabilization by output feedback for linear singularsystems with time delay: a new approach

In this paper, we establish a stability criterion in terms of H_∞ norm for linear singular systems with time delay andintroduce a new design approach of an output feedback stabilizingcontroller based on H_∞ control for linear singularcontrol systems with time delay
