The improvement of non-selection characteristics on semiconductordigital multiplexer

In a semiconductor digital multiplexer (using photo MOS relays) inorder to select one of the many pulse-train signals with fast rise/falltime, leakage of the pulse train is observed at a non-selection pointdue to stray capacity existing on the non-selection switch. This paperproposes a leakage suppression circuit, and proves the effectiveness ofit analytically and experimentally
